The Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments (BCDCOG) has an immediate opening for a Pathway Coach focusing on career development in a grant funded position.
The Pathway Coach will assist youth and young adults between the ages of 16 and 29 who have been disconnected from education and the labor force with career development. Duties include providing quality customer service, career counseling, job placement and training services to qualified participants from the City of North Charleston through June 30, 2016.
The selected candidate will receive an outstanding benefits package which includes: state health plan, retirement benefits, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, optional 401(k) and supplemental insurance benefits.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience in a human services field working with youth and young adults.
